What This Sales Role is Really About
This is not a transactional sales job. You are not selling a one-time service or closing deals on the spot. Instead, your success in this role depends on your ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers and earn their trust so that when they need water, mold, or fire damage restoration, they turn to you—every time.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
✅ Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to decision-makers at HOA management companies.
✅ Qualifying: Ensuring they are a good target for our services.
✅ Building Relationships: Establishing a personal connection and gaining their trust.
✅ Becoming Their Go-To Resource: When they have a project, they send you a work order request.
✅ Maintaining Long-Term Partnerships: Ensuring they are satisfied with our service and continuing to win their business for years to come.
This is a relationship-first, long-term sales role—not a high-pressure, close-on-the-first-call position. If you thrive on building connections, earning trust, and becoming a true partner to your clients, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Why You’ll Love It)
✅ Own your territory – You’ll be networking, meeting property managers, insurance pros, and facilities teams to build strong referral relationships.
✅ Hunt for new business – Cold calling, door-knocking, attending industry events—whatever it takes to connect with decision-makers and generate leads.
✅ Master the consultative sales process – You won’t be pushing a service; you’ll be building trust and positioning our company as the go-to restoration partner.
✅ Prove your sales ability – We don’t believe in micromanaging. We believe in measuring results. If you’re producing, you’ll have the freedom to sell your way.
✅ Work outside 9-5 to maximize impact – The best sales reps know that prospects are easier to reach before and after normal business hours. You’ll have the flexibility to work strategically.

$ - Base Salary: $70,000+
$ - First-year OTE: $100,000+ (Uncapped commission)
